Steps to reproduce:

1) save mail
2) right click on mail -> open with -> other -> type "kmail"
3) Save mail in Draft folder (is on IMAP account)
4) You are asked for username / password of the IMAP account
5) Hit "Cancel" on that popup twice
6) See kmail crash with the following backtrace:
