I received a mail with an offer for a meeting. The scheduled time was not good for me, so I clicked "create counterproposal". KMail then interacted with KOrganizer in a way that it put the date into my calendar. That's all good, but KMail also removed the mail from the folder. This is a very destructive and non-intuitive action. Now the mail is gone, and since I cancelled the meeting before recognising it, the calendar entry is gone as well. Loss of information, powered by KMail. I'm totally willing to reproduce the bug but obviously that's impossible with the lost mail :)
