KMail uses a QTextEdit-derived class, and uses toHtml() of QTextEdit at the
moment. If that doesn't do RTL correct, it would be a Qt bug. We're planning to
roll our own HTML generator, but I don't know the RTL situation there. Steve,
is that supported at the moment?
