Not sure if there have been changes since my version (1.9.9 / Mandriva 2008.1),
but not having "Send queued mail via" working just cost me about 5 hours of
work.  Because it doesn't work, and because I had to switch SMTP servers, I had
to unqueue about 30 emails to individually requeue them (using send via in the
composer which works).  Upon queuing the first one, Kmail crashed and *didn't
save* the open emails.  Needless to say, this is extremely frustrating.  While
this is the first time I've lost that much work at once due to this bug, I very
very very regularly have a need for this feature to work due to traveling a lot
and composing email offline regularly.
