In kmail 1.10.0 (kde 4.1.60 svn trunk 838252) there is the global option (in
security, reading, html messages) to read mails using the html part (less
secure) or the plain text part (more secure).
Also, in the plain text, pressing over the html part you can see the raw html
message and pressing a link the html formatted message.
