I think what you ask is "overkill" since most mailing lists have an unsubscribe
link at the bottom of all mails and since the number of times you unsubscribe
from a mailing list is relative small.

What I do think _might_ be a valid feature request would be for KMail to
automaticly identify a folder as containing a mailing list and somehow flag
that folder as being a list folder (and fill in the mailing list management).
