The original summary for this bug was longer than 255 characters, and so it was
truncated when Bugzilla was upgraded. The original summary was:

Clearing of the reciepients list: I have searched for the method to clear the

The principal of this list is great but I think I should be able to edit it or
disable it at my discrection. I would apprecieate any help on this matter.
