kmail does not translate the default imap-folders like many other email-programs do.
for example in german:
Junk -> Spammails
Drafts -> Entwürfe
Sent -> Gesendet
Templates -> Vorlagen
Trash -> Papierkorb
these folders were automatically created by egroupware. egroupware translate them, and
thunderbird also does.
enabling sieve also doesn't work. kmail tries to connect to the server and this
try doesn't end. the used imap-server is cyrus2.2. the commandline sieveshell works fine.
