As outlook express lets you export an account a nice to have would be the feature to

copy/clone an account.... very useful e.g. for people that want to setup lots of similar (e.g. gmail) accounts and only need to change the username or password.

A plus would be (as introduced above) also the ability to export/import an account, as backup/restore system... so if somebody wants to setup the same exact account from home at work it would be much faster.
