Summary: immutable bit in kmailrc does not prevent addition of
new mail accounts, only removes non-configured accounts
                    on startup
           Product: kmail
           Version: 1.9.7
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs kde org
        ReportedBy: pandry wolverinefreight ca

Version: 1.9.7 (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from: Unlisted Binary Package
OS: Linux

After creating a global kmailrc file, and setting up proper accounts, kmail still allows other accounts to be added. It would be beneficial to be able to restrict the accounts page entirely.
