Summary: KMail crashes or doesn't load body
           Product: kmail
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: kdepim-bugs kde org
        ReportedBy: t_huehn gmx de

Version: 1.9.6 (enterprise 0.20070907.709405) (using KDE 3.5.8, Kubuntu (gutsy) 4:3.5.8-0ubuntu3.1)
Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22-14-generic

Hi

Sometimes (for several mails, but I can't pinpoint which mails provoke this) KMail doesn't load the body. No matter how often I leave the folder and reenter it, view another mail (which is shown properly) and return to the mail that doesn't work.

More obnoxious, KMail quite often crashes when opening mails.

Again, I see no special pattern there. It just happened again, maybe the backtrace helps?

The Roundcube web mail interface has no problems. Nor has Mulberry. Nor have I encountered problems with Thunderbird over the last months. It's really only KMail that crashes, regularly.
