I often take a previously sent message and click "reply all" to send an updated message.  Kmail only sets the first person in the list as a 'To' recipient, making everyone else a 'CC'.

I would like a shortcut way to change everyone in the recipient list to either 'To', 'CC' or 'BCC'.
