That message was generated by bugzilla, which is the bug management system KDE is using.
I only changed the "product" field of this bug report from Kontact to kaddressbook. You were then notified about this by email. Because I made the change, bugzilla used my e-mail address as the "from" address.
If you sent e-mail to the reply-to address (in this case 145412 bugs kde org), it will appear as a comment on bugs.kde.org.
