in kmail, when you open the source of an email in the new window, in this window the function "select all" does not work any more. 

i remember it used to work before, because i report spam by using shortcuts 
* v (view source)
* ctrl-a (select all)
* ctrl-c (copy)
to copy the source of the actual message to post it in spamcop.net
