I have currently 6 email accounts and I cannot to get to them via KMail. The problem is that KMail tries to download mail from all of them at once and I get error "cannot connect to host xyz". But when I connect manually one by one to them, there is no problem.

Please, either do not download mail at once from all accounts by default, or provide option to control this.
