The kdepim-bugs mailing list should not be moderated. I thought one 
reason for having a special mailing list just for receiving bug reports 
was that we can enable moderation for all other KDE PIM mailing lists 
(like kmail-devel which currently is not moderated).

And while you are at it please remove the [Kdepim-bugs] subject prefix.

Actually all KDE lists that can be moderated are moderated. This is done 
to prevent those spam messages not caught by the spam filters to get 
through to the lists. Obviously, mailing lists receiving bug reports 
can't be moderated.
