Sorry, I actually found this issues more times in the past of this bug tracker, but everywhere marked as Solved or Closed:
I have a message here, which I'm not able to forward inline (not as attachment) by KMail with the previously sent attachments included in the forwarded mail.
This mail was sent to me as Bcc:
