Hi,
I think there should be an option in the Security > Composing > Encryption section saying "Suggest using GnuPG if key available or found". To rise awareness of GnuPG, encryption, and general online privacy.
If a key is already imported or otherwishe available, then suggest using it!
By "or found" I mean KMail should suggest automaticlly importing public keys from the messages you reply to if any keys are pressent.
Pressing "Send" could trigger a dialoug asking "Would you like to encrypt this message for aditional privacy? [Yes, guide me trough] [No, just send]", or adding an additonal option alongside "Send" saying "Send encrypted" in the toolbar.
