This Traxicon Menu should look like this:

- "Open Certificate Manager":  Same as clicking on it.
- "About Kleopatra": Open the about dialog which is also
  available from the mai window menu.
- "Shutdown Kleopatra" (instead of "Quit")

- The Check GpgConf menu entry should move from the
  Tray icon menu to the menu of the main window.
