Opening a link in an email (or even the bug reporting tool), will move the browser from Desktop X to the current desktop.  Instead, it should move focus to the desktop that contains the already open browser and then open the link.  If a browser is not currently open, then opening in the current desktop is ok.

I've noticed that this happens because the browser is re-launched.  This behavior causes the browser to switch desktops.
