redirecting emails does not work to distribution lists. 

sending fails with this:

Sending failed:
The attempt to start sending the message content failed. The server responded: "5.5.1 Error: no valid recipients"
The message will stay in the 'outbox' folder until you either fix the problem (e.g. a broken address) or remove the message from the 'outbox' folder.

so probably kmail does not resolve the recipients from the distrubution list. the message saved in outbox has 

X-KMail-Redirect-From: original author <his email> (by way of My Name <my email>)

set correctly but

X-KMail-Recipients: jufogen-members

is set to distrubution list instead of the addresses from it. 

==> distribution lists cannot be used as targets for redirection. too bad, would come handy in quite a lot of cases....
