Reproducable:
Create a new mail
Activate GnuPG signature
Keep GnuPG encryption deactivated
Send mail
Cancel the dialog asking: "Valid trusted encryption keys were found for all recipients. Encrypt this message?"

Settings:
-> Security
	-> Composing
		-> All checkboxes are active
	-> Warnings
		-> All checkboxes are active
