Hi, you’ve do a fantastic job with this app. I have MacOs 10.13.6 High Sierra, I can’t upgrade. Did you have a download link for older version of KDENLIVE?

Hi all,

I hope this mail finds the person who releases the Windows binaries.

Just a small nitpick: The standalone version of kdenlive v24.05.0 has
been released at
https://download.kde.org/stable/kdenlive/24.05/windows/kdnelive-24.05.0_standalone.exe
.

Notice the spelling error of kdenlive.

Unfortunately, this breaks the auto-update of package managers like
scoop (see manifest definition at
https://github.com/ScoopInstaller/Extras/blob/01df1ba1f63d05a2df6b13ee9ee4d2482010888e/bucket/kdenlive.json#L22
).

I could submit a fix to scoop, but since this is a genuine, albeit
non-critical, error at the kdenlive side, I thought it's best to
report it here and request a renaming of the file to correct the
spelling.

Please let me know if this is feasible. A lot of people would benefit from this.

Thanks for reporting the problem.
It will be fixed in the upcoming 24.05.1 version, but I'm not sur that the renaming of the current file is possible.

Please devs, node based editing and blender, natron, ardour e.t.c integration should be at top priority in roadmap.
