Kdenlive Not Working on MacOS 12.0.1

Dear Kdenlive Team,

I am Mashrafi Rahman, a loyal fan of Kdenlive. Today, I wanted to edit some videos. Thus, I downloaded Kdenlive on my MacBook Pro with an Intel processor running MacOS 12.0.1. I would like to seek help regarding the application.

After opening the application, my laptop told me that the Kdenlive software has to be updated so that Apple can check it for malicious software (look at the attachment). I tried again, but to no avail. When I visited kdenlive.org, I was surprised that there was no contact page. After digging through the site, I found this email.

I hope you would make arrangements such that the application can be opened on MacOS 12.0.1. I look forward to using my favourite video editor on my MacBook soon. Thank you.
