how to capture internal audio

[penetration tester]

am not sure if this is already a feature but lets say i want to record
gameplay of me playing games i record using screen grab but no audio, i
would then have to resort to using audio grabbing from the audio track
which record mic audio. is their a way to record in game audio or internal
audio you can also call it? i really am wishing i reply back as soon as
possible
