Chinese translation for Kdenlive's official website

Hi Kdenlive team,

My name is Tyson Tan. I'm the current main Simplified Chinese translator 
for Kdenlive. I'm working on re-translating Kdenlive properly into 
Chinese. It's currently about 80%, I think I can finish the task in a 
day or two. Since Kdenlive's website is multilingual, It'd be nice if I 
can provide a Chinese version for that as well. If it is possible, 
please let me know how to participate.
