Kdenlive 20.04 beta

Hello folks!

Long time, hope you all are safe and well.

The team is happy to announce the availability of Kdenlive 20.04 beta.
Please test it and let us know if you find any issue.

20.04 will come with huge performance improvements due to Preview Scaling
and many cool new features like:  Filtering in the Project Bin due tagging
and rating of clips, Multicam improvements like new UI and audio batch
align,  Pitch shift on speed change, OpenTimeline(OTIO) adapter as well as
lots and lots of bug fixes and improved interface and usability. Go test it
and let us know what you think!
