All my old projects don't work after v18.12

[Jesper Thorup Nielsen]

The 1812 file works and look like your picture.

If I load https://jtn.dk/Kdenlive/High_light_kul_1912-01-kort.kdenlive 
on different computers, I get the "moved around" timeline.

So any suggestions to how I proceed to track down the problem.
