Feature request: Crossfade by dragging objects over another

Dear kdenlive-team,

in my opinion the crossfade is solved very badly in kdenlive!In most
video editors you can do it by dragging the objects over another and I
really miss that feature in kdenlive. There you always have to put the
objects above and beneath another and when you do bigger video projects,
that‘s very laborious. So I would be very pleased, if kdenlive would
also support that feature.
