How to open Project bin

Sorry I may have misread your email! Do you mean your Project Bin is
closed or your project's been closed?
If the latter...
... to open your project just go to the 'File' menu top left, then
select 'Open' and navigate to your project in the dialogue window that
appears, as you would with any other program.
