Jog Shuttle in Win 18.04.1 deactivated

I have the ShuttlePro V2 but per default the jog shuttle is deactivated 
in Kdenlive. I found no possibility to activate it. In which menu I can 
switch on. (Kdenlive 18.04.1 on Win7).
