I may have found an at least partial solution.
with x rotate = -20, add at the bottom of the rotate and shear effect 
x=-40, y=-40, w=2000 h=1160 (gives a 107% zoom). Eventually use - and | 
to center ,(but this may change the given numbers)

not easy to find the correct numbers, automatic calculus would be nice :-)
