Updated refactoring AppImage

Hi all,

I just uploaded the latest alpha AppImage for 18.04, available here:
https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/unstable/kdenlive-18.04-alpha7.AppImage.mirrorlist

Mirrors should be available soon.
It should fix the crashes on timeline menus and fix problems with group move as well as general progress in timeline operations.

Testing welcome especially with clip move, cut and groups.

Composition group is not yet ready though.
