Workflow workaround for unoptimized preview (preview vs proxy)

Hi there, Alberto.
Thank you for sharing your workflow, and workarounds.
As for the rendering of effects, I have had some very bad experiences.
It seems that when selecting more than one thread, each effect gets a
thread, and since some effects apply faster than others sometimes an effect
is applied to a frame, or not.
