Kdenlive 16.12.3 next week

Hi all,

As you might have noticed, bug fixing did slow down because we are focusing 
on the timeline refactoring.

Kdenlive 16.12.3 will be released next week, with a freeze on monday night. 
I haven't had time to parse the bugtracker, so if there is 1 or 2 issues 
that you think really need to be adressed before release, please reply in 
this thread so that I can try to work on them before the freeze.
