Windows installation overly complicated

Hello,

Thank you so much for putting an official windows download online!

Please boil the required steps down to:

1) download one zip file
2) extract it
3) run kdenlive.exe

In other words, please include the required ffmpeg files. Let's not make
testing harder by requiring additional steps. Let's not make bug reporting
harder by making devs have to figure out which ffmpeg version is used by
that certain kdenlive.exe user.

The steps require starting kdenlive, closing it immediately and then
starting it again. This is very strange.

If kdenlive can't avoid having to re-start after first run, please add a
pop-up which asks to restart with default answer 'restart' or just make
kdenlive automatically restart when it does whatever it does.
