Bug Squashing Day #2

Vincent and all,

The tracker is getting crazy with the ammount of bugs being posted. We are
the project with most bug reports after Krita in all of KDE. I propose we
also do a tracker cleaning during this day. We can lower the ammount of
bugs drastically by simply analizing many and closing if we wont fix. I am
talikng about stuff like this: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362573

We should also discuss and set a guideline for the maximum number of
allowed bugs in the tracker to help us maintain the sanity of the
environment.

Take care!
