[kdenlive] new website proposal

Hi,

may I suggest a slightly different order of the subtopics for 
About/Discover?
What is Kdenlive; features; screenshots; requirements; license (this is 
probably the least interesting point to many new potential users)

What would be "resources" about? Links to further docs, blogs, etc. not 
falling into the install guides category?
