[kdenlive] Permission to create an official Kdenlive Google+ Community?

A quick message to the dev's: There's a Kdenlive community on G+, but it 
doesn't seem to be managed by anybody (or, at least, not managed well at 
all). I was wondering if I could have permission to create an official 
Kdenlive community page on Google+ (adding any relevant parties as 
managers/moderators, along with myself)? Even possibly one that could be 
linked to the Kdenlive websites (once the new one launches, that is)?
