[kdenlive] Change MLT behavior for animated GIF/PNG/WebP?

I have some code prepared to make pixbuf and qimage producers reject
animated image files and let avformat handle them. It can handle animated
GIF, PNG, and WebP. However, if there are existing projects that are
intentionally using the first frame of an animated image as a still, it
will affect them. How do you feel about that? It does not seem like a huge
problem to me for the overall improvement this provides.
