[kdenlive] Monthly (or even weekly?) IRC cafe

+1 to use Dudle independent tool at dudle.inf.tu-dresden.de
Previously, is needed to define less than 20 possible dates for first cafe.
My calendar is compatible with Vincent Pinon but not on mondays.
