[kdenlive] Kdenlive 15.8.2

This message is intended mainly toward Kdenlive packagers.

We recently got feedback from latest release users that this version is unusable [1] [2] [3], freezing as soon as one switches between monitors.
I backported the fix from master in commits 858a85 and 7dc004.
Is the patch way acceptable or should we release a new version (not aligned with KDE Apps, how to name it then)?
