[kdenlive] effect stack missing ?

Yes, effect stack is gone. I merged it with the transition settings widget, and it is now called "selection parameters" - perhaps we can find a better name.
I could'n think of a reason why a user needed to display effects and transition settings at the same time, and the few users i talked to agreed.

This allows for a cleaner ui. Let me know if you have comments / ideas /problems  with this change
