[kdenlive] What does "Do not report bugs on Kdenlive" on https://kdenlive.org/bug-reports mean?

It should have read "Do not report bugs on Kdenlive versions < 0.9, which
are deprecated."

But the < was interpreted as HTML and so did not print. I have fixed it on
the page.
