[kdenlive] Incubation of Kdenlive done

Good morning and happy new year

I just documented that last open task on 
https://community.kde.org/Incubator/Projects/Kdenlive as done.

Congratulations! IMHO Kdenlive is now fully part of KDE.

Of course I'm still there to answer questions and guide requests but I think 
the incubation process for Kdenlive is done.

Feel free to ask any questions and please write about it (blog posts?) and 
tell the world
