and 0.9.4 tarball removed.

  Revert "Use mlt_frame_set_position() instead of direct property set."

This is causing in point to be ignored because it must be able to overwrite
an existing "original_position" on the frame!
This reverts commit b54cf8dc1660055f1aa1d44b5e3147e0a1fd10a0.
