[kdenlive] can not register for Mantis bug tracker

So the "register new account" functionality on
https://bugs.kdenlive.org/signup_page.php fails with 'Session variable
"captcha_key" not found'

This has been reported by a few people and I can reproduce it too.

I am wondering if we should call this an opportunity to publicise the new
bug tracker at https://bugs.kde.org/  and start getting people to submit
bugs there ?

What do you think?
