[Kdenlive-devel] Let's make KDEnlive lives again together

The ffmpeg based recording works just fine, as does v4l video capture.
I don't have the hardware to test the dv capture.

The refactoring was started because J-b-m found the 9.x branch to be
unmaintainable, and increasingly difficult to add new features.
Cutting features will probably introduce a lot of unexpected bugs. In
my opinion, this will be extra work with no gain.

Version 9.6 is about as stable as we can expect. I use it almost every
day for video editing, and have learned to live with the workarounds
for the known bugs.

I am still of the opinion that changing the feature list of the 9.x
branch, even to remove features, is wasted effort.
Work done on one branch can't be transferred easily to the other, and
the refactored branch was started for the express purpose of being
easier to modify.
