This only concerns the so-called "ffmpeg" package (whose upstream is
libav, not FFmpeg) in Debian and its downstream relatives. This should
not be confused as a general case among distros.

Other distros are not using the fork libav, so support for ffmpeg
should be continued if avconv support is also added.
