[Kdenlive-devel] Urgent proxy problem please help

I do not know on your distribution. Mine keeps track of every file
that gets installed, and removes the old files before installing new
ones.

It may not be a problem for you, as long as you install to exactly the
same locations as before.

Here is some food for thought:
An older version was that day's latest version. Don't be afraid to
pull the latest git and run with that. Chances are that there are less
bugs than in any version.

However, I am happy with the git from the 8th. The only bug I see is
that my video clips in the monitor don't stop playing if I hit stop
during the last second of play.
